Background

Vikram, the Director is a highly experienced and skilled development  manager with skill sets in planning, architecture and landscape, backed with an in-depth knowledge of engineering, enhanced project  and construction management skills and expertise in bid preparation, contract administration, due diligence, consultation, negotiation and stakeholder management. 


Vikram has a vast body of work with over 35 years of experience on a variety of projects including small to medium scale land subdivisions.  He also has working experience in  Infrastructure Facilities, Hospitality and Recreation, Industrial developments, high, medium and low density Residential design and interior fit-out for commercial establishments.

 

Vikram has established relationships with a variety of stakeholders and provides a tailored response based on the target audience. He also has the ability to partner and work with multi-disciplinary teams ranging from joint ventures, sub consultants, council and stakeholders to facilitate project outcomes.
